Tartelettes Tatin Facon Rapide - Quick Apple Tartlets
This quick apple tartlet was not as quick as it sounds, since I have to make caramel also. Caramel is fun but can get really messy if you don't plan ahead. So many people got burned when we were making these. And yes, they tasted good. These are best served warm.
Ingredients
- granulated sugar
- apples
- pate sucree
