Paris-Brest



A few pictures from my blog were taken with my phone since I left my camera at home a few time.
Paris brest is almost like a dessert sandwich. I might want to try and fill it with savory items instead of cream as my own exeriment.  It's okay for nut fans out there, but I personally feel that there's too must cream. But for some people, the more cream the merrier. Just watch out for that cholesterol count!



The picture above was right when I piped the cream on the bottom of the paris-brest and right before I place the top on.



The paris brest has an attractive appearance. =)

Ingredients

  • pate a choux
  • almonds
  • creme paris-brest
  • powdered sugar, (for finishing)
