Osterreichische Kirschknodelin - Austrian Cherry Dumplings
Another plated dessert! This cherry dumpling is to be served warm. It was pretty good and I ate all three of mine. I will probably try to make some at home.

- sour cherries
- granulated sugar
- kirsch
- cornstarch
Wow, I can't even begin to try to pronounce the name of this. This is the type of dessert that you order by pointing to it.
