Chocolate Heaven Cookies

I like these cookies since they're soft and not crunchy. These contain pecan nuts though and I'm not a fan of nuts. I don't like nuts in my cookie, cake, or ice cream. Maybe it's the texture that bugs me. If I want ice cream, I want something smooth and creamy. Nuts are always in the way. One of my favorite nutty flavored ice cream is pistachio. I remember eating Baskin-Robbin's ice cream as a little girl and removing all the nuts in my pistachio ice cream while thinking... 'man... I have to work for this ice cream. Why can't it be easier just to have something I like.' But I can! Eventually, I found pistachio ice cream without the nuts at the supermarket.

I will try to make these again without the nuts next time. I'm not complaining, I'm just sharing. I ate them just as they were when I baked them. It's still good. =)
