Happy Chinese New Year 2013!

Wow! It’s 2013 already and I’m still not married. That means more red envelopes for me! LOL
I made cookies for my family since I‘ve been having a cookie kick lately and thought my family would enjoy it. So I ended up making two kinds of cookies, Macadamia Pineapple Shortbread cookies and Pineapple cookies. Yum… The regular pineapple cookie is a soft chewy version for those who like chewy cookies only.

I added the red ribbon since it’s Chinese New Years…
