Vols-Au-Vent - Round Puff Pastry Cases

These puff pastry cases are delicious! You can fill them with pastry cream and fruits or with mushroom and spinach or anything you like. I filled one with sautéed mushrooms and shallots and the other spinach and goat cheese. Since I can't tell you one is better than the other...  I might plan to make them again with the two fillings mixed together.



Great for first course. I would love to serve these as appetizers at one of my parties. These were delicious!
