Petite Galette Aux Pommes - Individual Apple Galette

This Apple galette has vanilla sugar sprinkled on top before baking. So, those black specks are vanilla on the apples. They look like black pepper to me. I'm not too crazy about the look.



This is a good way to eat some apples.

• pate feuiletee
• golden delicious or granny smith apples
• vanilla sugar
• apricot nappage, for finishing
