Homemade Mini Mini-Blueberry Muffins

I made these for someone special who loves blueberry muffins but needs to watch his weight. So I made mini mini-muffins for him to enjoy and not to worry about having too much. Although this bite-size idea seemed like it was  going to work at the time... it failed, because he just ended up having more mini muffins consecutively. Every time I turned away, muffins would disappear from the cooling tray. Then I saw this innocent face looking at me and he said "It wasn't me!."
