Tartelettes Aux Fruits Frais - Fresh Fruit Tartlets
After making so many big tarts, these tartlets look so adorable! My favorite was the one on the lower left which is made with mango.
They were delicious! Every single one was gone the day of.
Ingredients
- tart dough: pate sucree, pate brisee, or pate sablee
- creme patissiere
- liquor/liqueur
- heavy cream
- fresh fruit
- apricot nappage
- powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
I can eat one of these every single day of the year.
