Tarte Aux Noix Caramel - Caramel Nut Tart



More caramel! Okay this tart was too nutty for me. If i were to make it myself I would puree all the nuts so the texture is smooth. I haven't tried it yet so I wouldn't know if that would work well.
Ingredients
  • tart dough: pate sucree, pate brisee, or pate sablee
  • granulated sugar
  • glucose
  • heavy cream
  • milk
  • walnuts
  • creme d'amandes
  • apricot nappage or powdered sugar (for finishing)
