Tarte Au Ganache Chocolat - Chocolate Ganache Tart
This one is really chocolaty! It felt like I was eating chocolate covered tart almost. A few chocolate lovers i know enjoyed this tart. I used white chocolate for the decoration, but you can also use creme chantilly and chocolate curls for finishing just like the Tarte Bavaroise Au Chocolate.
Ingredients
- tart dough: pate brisee, pate sucree, or pate sablee
- trimoline
- butter
- semisweet or bittersweet chocolate
- heavy cream
- creme chantilly and chocolate, (for finishing)
Definitely for chocolate lovers out there.
