Linzer Torte
I thought I would really like this torte since I like raspberries, but I was wrong. I think it was the pate a linzer (dough) that changed my mind since it's made with hazelnut flour. I would probably try to make a raspberry tart with pate sablee since I like that dough a lot.
It was getting late and I couldn't fix the weave for the top of the tart. It's fun making it though. I would definitely spend more time on it next time.
Ingredients
- pate a linzer
- creme d'amandes
- raspberry compote
- powdered sugar, (for finishing)
Even though you pointed out a mistake, the presentation is beautiful.
