Gougeres - Cheese Puffs



I love cheese! And these cheese puffs are unstoppable. You can bake them in two different sizes. The picture below will show the two sizes.



I like the bigger ones if you can guess why.. =)



I saved some for the week and these (picture above) were kept frozen and then placed inside the oven to warm up. They were still as delicious and freshly baked ones. I might want to fill the inside with more cheese. yea, I really do like cheese. Gougeres are so simple to make.

Ingredients
  • pate a choux
  • gruyere
