Gateau St. Honore - St. Honore Cake
This was a mess to make and so many people got burned from the caramel by making their St. Honore. The classic look for this cake is suppose to be whipped a certain way in the center with the creme. I didn't use the tip to pipe it out the classic way but instead I decided to decorate the center with caramel.
Ingredients
- pate brisee
- pate a choux
- granulated sugar
- creme st. honore
- creme chantilly
I'm going to decorate my next hair style like that.
