Pots De Creme Au Chocolate - Chocolate Custard
A lot of people in my class loved Pots De Creme! Since it was baked in a ramekin, we couldn't bring it home. We all piped one rosette (rose) on top of our Chocolate Custard. I think I need more practice piping rosettes since the one I piped doesn't look like a rose or the chef's example. Let's just say it's a cloud!
Ingredients
- milk
- heavy cream
- semisweet or bittersweet chocolate
- eggs
- granulated sugar
- salt
- creme chantilly or chocolate shavings (for finishing)
