Tarte Aux Pommes - Apple Tart

I forgot to take a picture of this apple tart when I made it. This was taken when I was about to eat my second slice at home. I'm not an apple fan but I actually like this tart!

Ingredients

• tart dough: pate brisee, pate sucree, or pate sablee
• apple compote
• 2 to 3 apples
• apricot nappage, for finishing
